has been built in the agile IT- and Telecommunications industry. At globally operating companies such as T-Mobile International, T-Systems International GmbH, and Deutsche Telekom AG, I have I have held various management roles. As Head of Compensation & Benefits, Head of Global Mobility Management, in Organizational Development as Interim HR Director in China, I was successfully responsible for the management of these areas.
My skills
My skills as a SixSigma Blackbelt enable me to use professional project management tools as well as modern working methods (e.g. SCRUM, Design Thinking). My choice of appropriate methods depends, among other things, on the corporate culture (e.g. pragmatic "hands-on" culture versus diplomatic decision-making).
My business studies at the Universities of Trier and Dublin as well as the European Master in Labor Studies (International Labor Relations) at the University of Toulouse in France support my commercial and human resources approach to your problem.
Working with Big Data and the application of statistical causal analysis have been familiar to me since my PhD and scientific work at the University of Cologne.
